DMCC signs strategic deal with Contractors.Direct

DMCC will provide its tenants with the option to streamline their commercial fit out process through a collaborative agreement with Contractors.Direct. Under the agreement, DMCC customers and tenants that select a qualified contractor from the platform will be eligible to apply for project financing for as much as AED 3.5 million and spread the cost of their project over three years.

DMCC-based, Contractors.Direct streamlines the process of choosing a contractor by providing a suite of certified and qualified entities to choose from, including qualifying the business’ project requirements to ensure that the opportunity is viable for both parties.

The online search portal is also designed to provide businesses with support services relating to their commercial project. Contractors.Direct offers a variety of ancillary services in addition to contractor sourcing, such as project management and cost management along with the exclusive fit out financing opportunity.
