DFF & Microsoft partner to support startups

The signing took place at the M12 Innovation Summit.

Global technology giants are entering Dubai’s entrepreneurship space as Microsoft, the American tech giant, signed a partnership deal with Dubai Future Foundation (DFF) in order to show its commitment to support DFF in its mission to foster entrepreneurship and economic growth in the UAE. The signing took place at Microsoft’s M12 Innovation Summit at Area 2071 in Emirates Towers, an event that gathered customers and decision-makers from across the region and connected them with global startups.

During the two-day summit, M12, the venture capital arm of Microsoft, hand-picked startups to present their solutions that deliver digital transformations to entities around the world. These startups either received investment from M12 or were part of Microsoft’s ScaleUp programme that aims to accelerate the growth of startups at the Series A stage through technical, sales and marketing support.
