Drive-through start-up, n.go, partners with Foodics to drive curbside sales for F&B sector

This integration will benefit both Foodics and n.go customers, opening a new sales channel to drive convenience and enhanced customer experience. A B2B2C model, n.go enables the growth of F&B outlets on the app, offering them an equitable revenue sharing model and also bringing footfall-generating revenue for brands based on their location through bespoke campaigns.

Foodics, a MENA cloud-based restaurant management technology and payments platform, has signed a strategic agreement with the KSA-based, drive-through startup, n.go. The partnership will enable Foodics clients to use the n.go app, helping them to increase their revenues further by offering them a new sales channel for virtual drive through and curb-side sales.

n.go, launched in 2021, provides customers on the go the option to order from their favourite F&B brands and pay through the application. Merchants get notified when the customer’s car enters the pick-up zone, ensuring that the customer receives their order seamlessly without the need to get out of their car. n.go charges a competitive and fair take rate on orders (restaurants pay between 5 - 6 percent per order with no additional or hidden costs). The service enables restaurants and cafes to learn their clients’ preferences in order to improve services and increase customer loyalty through comprehensive insights and analytics.

Mazen Ghalib Al-Abdullah, n.go CEO and founder said, “This agreement is a win-win situation for both n.go and Foodics. The agreement with Foodics will grow our footprint tremendously and also enable us to service new customers and restaurants with our innovative virtual drive through concept and create more value for them.”

Ahmad Al Zaini, Foodics Co-founder and CEO said, “By integrating n.go onto our platform, our clients will be able to serve existing, and also acquire new customers, who prefer in-restaurant or curb side pickups seamlessly through the Foodics cashier app. We are proud to welcome home grown pioneers such as n.go to the extended Foodics family.”

This app integration will benefit both Foodics and n.go customers, opening a new sales channel to drive convenience and enhanced customer experience. A B2B2C model, n.go enables the growth of F&B outlets on the app, offering them an equitable revenue sharing model and also bringing footfall generating revenue for brands based on their location through bespoke campaigns.

n.go is currently in operation in 28 cities across KSA and the UAE and is seeing a growing demand for its services outside these current markets. There are plans for regional expansion.
