Dubai headquartered CAFU announces expansion to Egypt

Company also expands UAE footprint to launch on-demand fuel delivery services across Umm Al Quwain

The Egyptian General Petroleum Corporation (EGPC) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with CAFU, the MENA region’s first on-demand fuel delivery service, to provide regulatory support and enable its launch across the Egypt. Signed at the Egypt Petroleum Show 2020, the agreement is a recognition of CAFU’s compliance with local regulations and safety standards, allowing the UAE-headquartered technology company to provide fuel delivery services in Egypt.

CAFU’s launch in Egypt marks the second and largest international market entry for the technology company since it began services in the UAE in November 2018.

CAFU also announced its entry into the Emirate of Umm Al Quwain, building on its existing UAE presence in Dubai, Sharjah and Ajman. Available for residents and tourists in Umm Al Quwain, CAFU’s custom-built trucks will deliver fuel across the emirate. Customers only need to provide their car location and schedule the time of their fuel delivery through the app between 5 AM and 11 PM daily.

Designed to deliver fuel “anytime anywhere” directly to customers’ vehicles, CAFU is a fast, safe and easy-to-use on-demand fuel delivery service available through a mobile app. Since launching in the UAE, CAFU has delivered nearly one million fills of top-quality petrol straight to consumers’ homes, offices or anywhere their car might be parked, through its fleet of over 180 custom built delivery trucks. Users only provide their car location, fuel type and fill amount and choose a convenient time for their fuel delivery through the app.
