du & ADBWC Join Forces to Fuel Women-Led SMEs

A new partnership is set to give women entrepreneurs in Abu Dhabi a significant boost. du, a leading telecom provider, and the Abu Dhabi Business Women Council have signed a MoU to help women-led businesses thrive in a digital world.

This collaboration aims to address a key challenge for many SMEs: technology. By providing ADBWC members with special offers on du’s services, the initiative will make it easier for these businesses to access essential tools like mobile, fixed, and office wireless connections.

Her Excellency Noora Al Tamimi, a Board Member of the ADBWC, highlighted the council’s commitment to helping women turn their business ideas into reality. She noted that this partnership will provide the necessary technology for women-led businesses to succeed in a digital economy.

Fahad Al Hassawi, CEO of du, said the partnership acknowledges the important role women play in the economy. This is du’s first venture into the SME sector in Abu Dhabi. The goal is to create new opportunities for women, drive innovation, and help close the technology gap so that women can compete on a global scale.

The partnership represents a step forward in how the telecom sector can support business growth and help more women participate in the UAE's economy.
