WeWork set to open its first coworking space in Dubai by Q4'19

How will it differentiate itself from other co-working spaces?

The recent co-working spaces have spread like wildfire across the world. With the flexible office spaces, good coffee and trendy lounge areas, they aim to attract freelancers, entrepreneurs, and even larger businesses that want to benefit from the open and shared environment.

Over the last few years, Dubai has seen a marked increase in co-working spaces as well, with many of them providing lucrative incentives in order to attract the hottest talent and startups in the region. However, the company that started it all – WeWork – has not set up shop in the city, yet. That is about to change.

Recently, WeWork announced that it would open its first co-working space in Dubai at the end of the year, in Q4 2019.
