Dubai and Sharjah Chambers of Commerce announce electronic attestation services

Online services can be accessed through their apps and websites

As part of its commitment to the vision of Smart Dubai and to facilitate business operations for customers through smart transformation, Dubai Chamber of Commerce and Industry has launched its electronic attestation service and the authentication of signatures on documents, which raises the percentage of smart transformation of core services to 98%. The completion of the online attestation process from submission to approval does not exceed four hours.

The Chamber now has an integrated system of smart and electronic services that cover all the needs and requirements of the business community and enables investors to complete all their transactions remotely in accordance with the highest international standards and practices.

The Sharjah Chamber of Commerce (SCCI) has also activated the online attestation for all transactions. The online attestation service can be availed through the chamber’s website or its smart application, replacing the physical need to visit a customer happiness centre. The move comes as part of the precautionary measures adopted by the SCCI to combat the spread of the new coronavirus (COVID-19) and its implications on the business sector and to ensure the health and safety of customers while maintaining business with the same level of efficiency.
